Caribbean Time!

It is time for the Caribbean!

Summer season is over and it is time to start planning our winter vacations! I don’t know about you, but every time school starts, or Halloween rolls around, I start thinking about CHRISTMAS and all the holidays. And how much I don’t want to spend hundreds of dollars on more gifts that people don’t need, decorations that will go in the trash at the end of the season, and cooking a feast for families trying to get juggle their schedules and get everyone happy in one place. Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE the holidays and the spirit it brings. But not the stress.

So this year, instead of spending all that time in the malls shopping and buying “stuff”, consider chartering a yacht for your family and/or group of friends, in the gorgeous British Virgin Islands. Call it a Christmas present to your entire family, bring a small tree (or not) and celebrate it by making memories – not toys that will be returned or donated down the road. We have some great weekly rates, and Christmas charters are booking up soon. And since you are already there, welcome the New Year by continuing your trip into New Year’s Eve. The kids have fun, the adults relax, and snorkelling, swimming, scuba diving, entertaining (yourself), will be the only things you have to worry about this holiday season!

An example of your week:

Day 1: Arrive in St. Thomas. After champagne toast, cruise to Jost Van Dyke, BVI. Anchor in White Bay and relax
Day 2: Cruise to Sandy Cay for Beach cookout. Relax or go swimming in the sea. Cruise to Kane Garden Bay, Tortola to spend the night dancing.
Day 3: Cruise to Baths at Virgin Gorda. Lunch on the yacht and cruise to Gordon Sound.
Day 4: Snorkel the caves at Normans and feed tropical fish right out of your hand.
Day 5: Dock at Roadtown, Tortola for shopping and eat at a local restaurant.
Day 6: Cruise to Hurricane Hole on St. Johns for snorkeling.
Day 7: Return to St. Thomas. Enjoy brunch aboard.
